Shipping policy

How long does it take to process an order?

We fulfill orders in 1-2 days during regular business hours. This typically excludes weekends and holidays. After you receive your order confirmation email we move as quickly as we can to prepare your items for shipping. 

What about shipping?

All orders come with standard FREE shipping. After we process your order we will send a separate email with shipping expectations. 

We  ship to the contiguous US and are currently unable to accommodate our friends in Alaska and Hawaii. 

Arrival times from initial shipping will depend on customer location. For example, we generally process conference table orders from our Northern California location. The closer you are to this area the more quickly you’ll receive your items in the overall 4-7 day time frame. 

Our office privacy booths are made to order just for you! Upon order confirmation, you will typically receive your booth in 8-12 weeks. If you are a facility that works with a dealer, we will work closely with them for installation and delivery arrangements. If you do not work with a dealer, we will arrange for installation if needed for an additional installation fee. 

Keep in mind

Once orders are off our hands and moving across the country some unexpected things can happen that may lead to delays. We will always maintain open communication with both our transportation partners and customers to arrive at a satisfactory solution. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping for the return. Please refer to our full return policy page and make note of items that may be subject to restocking fees. 

If your items happen to arrive in a damaged condition please email us right away at customercare@privatespacesinc.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
